(MAKES 2 SERVINGS, APPROX. 2 CUPS EACH)

TOTAL TIME: PREP TIME: COOKING TIME:

25 MIN. 5 MIN. 20 MIN.

Parchment paper

Nonstick cooking spray

1 (12-oz.) bag trimmed green beans

1 Tbsp. water

1 tsp. sesame oil

1 tsp. honey

1 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning blend

1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and coat lightly with spray; set aside.

2. Add green beans, water, oil, honey, and seasoning blend to a large mixing bowl; mix well to coat.

3. Spread green bean mixture in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once.

  • The water in this recipe helps plump the green beans and keeps them from over-browning.
  • Substitute asparagus for an equally easy vegetable side with the same cooking time.
  • For a crispier veggie snack, bake for up to 10 minutes more until beans are lightly browned but not burnt.
